We provide every client with a team of experienced plan managers trained to provide professional and personable service to employees. Island Group's administrative staff meets with client representatives as needed to discuss the self funded program, budgetary considerations, plan design, or any other aspect of the plan. In addition, Island Group's staff keeps clients informed as to the PPO development, hospital discounts, and other legal developments affecting self-funding on the state and national level.
